Sebelum berjalan-jalan di sekitar Cardiff kita ambil gambar depan hotel dulu. Kami lepak di Ibis Hotel Cardiff. Best lepak sini sebab dapat bilik besar. Ground floor pulak tue.
Alhamdulillah, rezeki kami nampaknya. Bukan selalu dapat tengok benda-benda macam nie. Tapi nak tengok nie bukan free, kena bayar sikitlah. But we thought it was worth it sebab kami tak selalu dapat peluang macam nie. Apa tue joust??? Saya nak describe pun tak berapa nak pandai.
Jousting in its basic form is a martial contest between two knights mounted on horses and using lances. It can also consist of a series of competitions using a variety of weapons, usually in sets of three per weapon (such as tilting with a lance, blows with the battle axe, strokes with thedagger, or strokes with a sword), often as part of a tournament.[1] Jousting was one of many types of martial games in the Middle Ages. These games, requiring great skill, were referred to generically as hastiludes.
Though the first recorded tournament was staged in 1066, jousting itself did not gain in widespread popularity until the 12th century.[citation needed] It maintained its status as a popular European sport until the early 17th century.[2]
Jousting was added to tournaments several centuries after their inauguration. The joust permitted a better display of individual skill and, although dangerous, offered large sums of prize money. Many knights made their fortune in these events, whilst many lost their fortune or even life. For example, Henry II of France died when his opponent's lance went through his visor and shattered into fragments, blinding his right eye and penetrating his right orbit and temple.[3]
Malas nak cerita banyak pasal Joust! nie so kita layan gambar je la ye.

Yang nie paling handsome. Rambut panjang pulak tu...sexy gila!!!!
Lama jugak kami di Cardiff Castle tue. Habis pertunjukan Joust! tue dah pukul 1 lebih. Then kami naik bus untuk City sightseeing di bandar Cardiff nie. Konsep lebih kurang sama macam Big Bus kat London. Hop On Hop Off.
Cardiff Bay - Di sini terletaknya Wales Millennium Centre, Pier Head building, New National Welsh Assembly, Lightship 2000, Norwegian Church, Visitor Centre and Boat Trips. There are a lot of things to see/do here. and it just the matter of time. Kami sempat naik boat trips. The view is very breathtaking.
Mermaid Quay - Di sini banyak kedai-kedai untuk shopping, international restaurants, cafe & bar. Suasana sangat meriah di sini sebab banyak orang melepak sambil menikmati summer di tepi laut.
Wales Millennium Centre
Millennium Stadium - Since opening in June 1999, the Millennium Stadium has welcomed, on average, over 1.3 million visitors per year. Sporting the first fully-retractable roof in the UK, the venue is at the leading edge as a multi-purpose, multi-faceted event venue.
The Millennium Stadium boasts a UEFA 5-Star rating and has hosted matches from two Rugby World Cups including the Final in 1999, witnessed two Wales Grand Slam successes in the RBS Six Nations, staged six showpiece FA Cup Finals plus hosted the major artists of the music business with a plethora of major concerts and motorsports events on its CV.
The installation of a partition drape system in July 2005 now means that the bowl of the Millennium Stadium can be used for multiple concert mode configurations and for staging exhibitions. Millennium Stadium will also play its part in the London 2012 Olympics as a host venue for the football competition.
The Millennium Stadium is established as a world class must play, must visit venue and has played home to five major sporting bodies over the last eight years.

This road trip was a fun and interesting experience. Berjalan dengan anak-anak kecil nie memang banyak cabarannya. Nak kena bawa bersabar banyak-banyak. Penatnya pun dua kali ganda but kami happy sebab walaupun diaorang takkan ingat all those places yang kami bawa but I can tell they were having a great time too.
There is another road trip in another 2 weeks time. Will share more on this later.
Hope you guys enjoy this entry.
